KANOKO...a three part dish made up of dainagon(red beans),chestnuts, and uguisumame(green beans).It's delicate design creats a special feature.
KANOKO was made imaging the pattern of Kojika. There is a theory that the name of the cake became KANOKO because the appearance where the red bean of the cake queues up looks like the pattern of Kojika.
